First of all selection of sanitary napkin is very important. Depending on the flow of your period, go for a pad depending keeping in mind the absorbency and thickness. Now remove any kind of box or wrapper from the pad. Now fold out flaps or wings open the back and center backing covering adhesive on the center. Now the adhesive part needs to be stuck on the panties and any kind of backing needs to be removed from the adhesive on the flap or wings and then fold it around the panties. Now the panties need to be worn as usual. Just change your panties every few hours to avoid any kind of odor.
